Our Luxembourg offices are located in the heart of the city, just steps away from the lush Petrusse Valley. Opening in August, our new Tallinn office sits at the edge of the vibrant Rotermanni district. Our Tallin-based team operates on a hybrid work model. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
-Completed studies in Digital Marketing or similar
-Have 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with focus on Search Engine Marketing, Online Campaigns and Analytics
-Proven experience with launching digital products in multiple geographical markets
-Professional proficiency in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
-Professional knowledge in Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
-Knowing additional analytical systems, e.g., Matomo is a plus
-Strong knowledge of Facebook ads and Meta Business Suite
-Solid experience with running A/B tests and creating landing pages
-Fintech or crypto experience or knowledge are considered a bonus
-Have a hands-on-mentality, structured and deadline-oriented way of working, quick perception, and out-of-the-box thinking
-Good sense of humor and ability to keep your cool under pressure
-Fluency in German is an advantage
ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Marketing and Corporate Communication Department of the Cryptix Group acts as an agency for many ventures and supports various brands. As our Performance Marketing Manager, you report directly to the Head of Marketing.
You are responsible for developing and executing Search Engine Marketing (SEO and SEA) as well as Display Ad Campaigns for our brands and clients and ensure that they always meet the Cryptix quality standards. You communicate to a B2B and B2C target audience across European regions. This role owns the end-to-end process including planning, creating content and graphic briefs, campaign setup, quality assurance, A/B testing, analysis, and reporting.
Cryptix AG is the central venture-building platform and umbrella for a European cluster of businesses. The company founds, promotes, and maintains subsidiaries and participations that work under one vision to create “The People’s Financial Marketplace”. The Group consists of companies in Switzerland, Austria, Slovenia, Lithuania and many more.
Cryptix Labs GmbH, the in-house R&D centre, provides technology insights focusing on Blockchain and DLT. In addition, Cryptix Labs acts as a service provider in the areas of IT infrastructure, software development, and business development within the Cryptix Group and for its clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-General SEO and SEM activities
-On-page SEO: Ongoing optimizing of all webpages for specific keywords and images and working with content managers to optimize pages
-Concept, manage and execute display ad-campaigns
-Concept, manage and execute A/B tests
-Analyze, evaluate, and improve performance
-Make sure that all campaign-related systems are integrated and tracked correctly
-Optimize channels and adjustments for best traffic conversions
-Cooperate with other relevant functions such as Creative, Content and Marketing Information Systems.
-Provide continuous user and competitor analysis for the further development
-Create reports for stakeholders and customers
The minimum wage for this position according to the IT collective labour agreement IT KV 2022 is EUR 2.051 to EUR 2.503 (subject of entry level), 14x gross/year, with willingness to overpay depending on qualification and experience.
