Steps towards the General Assembly 2023
Want to become a delegate of The People’s SCE General Assembly? Submit your application – and review those of your fellow candidates – on the eCredits Web Portal. All applications are visible in the portal, allowing members to learn more about and choose their preferred candidates.
Not a member of The People’s SCE yet?
Once all delegate applications have been reviewed and approved, SCE members can view all candidates’ profiles, and vote for their favorites, in the eCredits eWallet App. A total of ten delegates will be chosen to represent The People’s SCE members in the General Assembly.

The voting power of any delegate in the General Assembly is directly proportionate to the number of votes passed on to them by members. (Democracy in action!) As above, it all takes place in the eWallet App. Once elected, delegates then cast members’ votes in the General Assembly.
Happening once a year, the General Assembly is where all important decisions shaping the future of The People’s SCE are made. Delegates can vote and propose new issues to be voted upon. Afterwards, all decisions of the General Assembly are published and accessible to all members in the eCredits Web Portal.
